QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT IS SOUL OF EVERY ORGANIZATION. TO US OUR CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE WHICH CAN ONLY BE EARN IN THE SHAPE OF QUALITY ASSUARANCE AND NOTING ELSE.

Our Commitment to quality is “ Pay personal attention to each Shipment”. We believe that pay more attention for the best quality and develop more customers. In indenting business the most important part to retain a customer on long-term basis is to understand individual customer’s requirement and ensure that this quality level is maintained for consistence performance.

We are centralized in Lahore – Pakistan and work as team and Bridge between our Suppliers & Buyers by ensuring that we are supplying good quality to our customers. We not only provide Inspection Services to our customers from Pakistan but also from other countries.

We intend to be right counterparts of our Customers’ abroad and with the team of professional quality department we are also bringing down the complaint ratio to ZERO LEVEL.

Global Textile Networks quality team visits mills from time to time from the date of production till completion of contracts and shipments. We pay special attention to:

Raw Materials
 

Analyze raw material being used along with its characteristics to know whether it is the most suitable for the end product being produced.

Having a complete knowledge / database of Raw Materials available with different origins to guide factories / customers on which is the most suitable and required alternative.

   
Machinery
 

Updated knowledge about different machinery available along with their advantages/disadvantages as well as make. To also understand country specific machinery required.

Our technical teams visits each factory and understand their machinery setup and advise them necessary machinery settings enabling to produce optimum production and customer’s quality levels considering the raw material being used.

Latest Technology and Testing Equipments are key elements for any mill to ensure that the quality being manufactured is upto our customer’s standard. We advise Supplier to regularly change / upgrade Testing Equipments for better results.

   
Management
 

People make the difference. Understanding the philosophy of the management / owners to know their mindset and the possibilities of partnership for long- term business.

Global Textile Networks Technical + Commercial team normally visits the factory before initiating business and evaluates the factory based on its above formula to decide how to proceed further.


Our Quality Control Department takes following measure before executing the final Inspection.

  1. A detailed monthly plan is chalked out according to bookings for both Yarn / Fabrics.
  2. The mills give us production dates for our contract and our Quality Representative visit mills from time to time till completion of contract.
  3. 30 Cones are drawn at random basis from the cartons and 96-Cones from running production. The Inspectors not only Test the Yarn at spot but also send these 96-Baby cones for Knitting / Dyeing purpose to ensure quality of fabric is equally good for Light / Medium / Dark Colors and fabric appearance for contamination, shade variation, barrenness etc..
  4. If any abnormality is found in the yarn the factory is shown the same as well as is advised what measures are to be taken to rectify the problem in further production. In this case the old lot is abandoned (to be sold in domestic market) and factory undertakes fresh production with the improvements. Buyer in such situation is intimated that the lot has been rejected and fresh production is taken and is requested hence to allow more time for shipment. If whatsoever even after our suggestion quality is not improved and is not coming upto our buyers expectations we then advise buyer of the factual situation and leave it to him to take the final decision after giving him our point of opinion.
    5. After successful inspection report of each container is sent to our foreign Office, which they use to send the same to customer. And where we are directly communicating to our customer we sent reports directly to customer for their reference and records.
